• Process transactions and send related information.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
• Generate AI responses based on your knowledge base content.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we use your data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (such as credit, employment, or insurance decisions).

4. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and support merchants, or as required by law. Chat conversations and visitor profiles related to a merchant's workspace are retained while the merchant's account is active and for up to 24 months after closure, after which they are deleted or anonymized. When we receive a deletion or redaction request (including Shopify privacy webhooks such as customers/redact and shop/redact), we delete the relevant records from our systems within a reasonable period.
